Each lightbox is individually handmade out of a high firing creamy white clay with a stoney finish. The measurements are approximately 20cms high x 13cms wide x 17cms deep. A small LED bulb hidden out of sight within the box brings the interior to life. The bulb has an extremely long life but can be changed by lifting the lid off the box (see diagram). Replacement bulbs can be bought from B+Q and Maplins (or me! £5.00 inc p+p please ask). A 2m long electrical cable comes out of the back of the box and ends in an ordinary three pin plug. Care instructions are included with the box.
There are three designs to choose from, each is £375. I post anywhere in the UK for £15.00 extra which includes insurance. I usually ask people to pay when it is ready to post off, either by bank transfer (BACS) or Paypal if you prefer the added reassurance of buyer protection.

April 2026 – I currently have a couple of seconds so if you can get to Studio 4 in the Manchester Craft and Design Centre ask to see them. They’re better viewed in person, as the flaws don’t show up well in photos.
